Currently, I am a PhD student/candidate at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. I received Master's and License degree in Forestry Sciences from Lisbon University-Portugal. In 2015, I completed my master’s degree in forestry sciences in 2015 from the Federal University of Viçosa-Brazil and graduated with Forestry Engineering degree from the Federal University of Viçosa-Brazil in 2013. I have contributed to journal publications and patents through collaborative work. I have participated as a Scientific Initiation Fellow in many projects. I have worked as a specialist research scientist at the company Klabin S/A for 7 years in the R&D sector. I have an expertise in the following areas: Agricultural Sciences, Engineering Sciences and Technologies, Materials Engineering with an emphasis in Pulp, Paper and Wood, Coatings, Films, Cosmetics, Biomedicine, and Nanotechnology.
