I am the Web Content and Services Manager at the nonprofit association TAPPI. I have loved this new experience because it has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and allowed me to learn skills I never thought I would. I am doing things now that I love and I am able to be challenged everyday in a new way.
I also love writing and enjoy doing so by keeping up a fun and newsworthy blog on the TAPPI website. Writing allows me to keep my creative juices flowing and allows me to look at everyday work in a different way.
Currently I am responsible for managing and posting on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as administering TAPPI Connect, a centralized, online resource for TAPPI members, consultants and volunteers to network, share knowledge, problem solve and collaborate. I am able to interact and learn from people everyday.
On top of marketing I manage multiple websites using software's such as Episerver, Umbraco and Imisrise databases.
